This property allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. A dog wash station is available. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke indoors, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
