It is the last house on a peninsula, on a bluff overlooking a canyon, with COMPLETELY unobstructed views on three sides, and FULL views of stunning sunrises and sunsets. Has to be seen to be believed. Three beds upstairs, with two full baths upstairs, and a half bath down. Double attached garage with a balcony over it. Amazing lot. The original appraiser when I bought it said "This lot is one in 26,000." I distinctly remmeber the number, because it was so odd!! Any comps are worthless, because the same home a quarter mile to the north does NOT have this LOT, and these views. The comps people sometimes offer actually kind of piss me off! Because they do not REALLY look at what this house is ersus what the comp is. 1750 is NOT the same as other 1750's! Just like waterside property is not the same as the same house 3 streets from the water.
