There is a Full basement that is dry and perfect for plenty of storage. The exterior of the cottage will be all repainted in the Spring! Washer and dryer hookups available for your use in the basement. (Washer & Dryer can also be provided if needed) Water and garbage is included in rent; you pay gas and electricity.
