This complex has two floor plans of studio apartments, The Dogwood and The Laurel. The Laurel is an interior unit with a little more square footage so that you can maximize your living space! All units have granite counters, luxury vinyl flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, and a ceiling fan in the living/bedroom. Unit 206 is an ADA unit with handicap accessible shower, appliances, and 2-in-1 laundry machine. Only handicap parking is available for this lease, parking fees apply. Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same as the rental amount. The administrative fee is $75 per person. The rental price includes wi-fi, on-site trash dumpster, and a monthly utility allowance of $80 for water and electricity. Parking at this complex is limited, and spots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Parking is an additional $60 per month.
