Two self-watering garden beds are in place for planting and a compost bin will fertilize your beds. The basement was remodeled in keeping the original 1940’s knotty pine wood paneling. The three-story chimney, which once stood in the middle of the living area was removed in 2010 and a high-efficiency furnace and hot water heater were installed and reconfigured to a mechanical room opening up the floor plan. The basement bedroom has the original 40’s closet doors and a new egress window. A 3form® panel floats in the wall to maximize light. The above-grade basement with private bath makes for an excellent guest suite or Airbnb room rental. A bonus gear room in the basement will house all of your Colorado toys. New windows throughout, keep this home quiet and safe. Tesla solar panels result in $0 to XcelEnergy in electricity costs (taxes excluded). This home will be sure to appreciate in value to the 80211 area and the spacious lot make for endless options for additional structures.
