Private room with lots of light and a shared bathroom. Room includes a large closet with nearby closets in the hallway. Rooms are all carpet that is fairly new, and the walls are decently sound-dampening. Two living rooms, a dining room, and full kitchen all furnished and shared space. We would prefer to find someone who will stay for at least 6 months. Lots of street parking, as well as a driveway parking spot. Garage parking possible, but would require an additional fee on rent. No tobacco smoking, though cannabis is accepted. We are also required to keep up the yard and share this work, including weeding and mowing. Shared chore schedule that rotates, allowing us to keep the space tidy and clean.
