The boiler system is fed by two 330-gallon fuel oil tanks. All the plumbing and heating supply lines are copper (PVC sanitary lines). All plumbing fixtures are outfitted with brass ball valves for separate isolation and the system was installed with the ability to drain down all lines for seasonal use. Radiant heat in breezeway. There is a 53'x 16' pressure treated deck with handicap accessible ramp and a finished breezeway/sunroom (25' x 15'). There is a full basement (53' x 30') that is unfinished, and an attached oversized two-car garage (32' x 28') with two 12' wide X 9'high overhead doors. The house and garage each have their own 200 amp electrical panel separately fed from an outdoor transformer. The house has a transfer switch for back up generator and all power is routed underground. The entire structure is approximately 103'x 30' and the roof system is 100 year Iron Horse standing seam steel roof. The home sets 400' off from the road. Property has 600' of road frontage. Well and septic installed in 2001 home construction started in 2002.
