The front yard just had trees trimmed and sprinklers repaired with a new timer so that the grass will start to green up.The backyard is waiting for someone to give it some love. It’s a huge yard and there are fruit trees and plenty of room for a larger patio,pool,spa or whatever you want. Not only is the main yard waiting but there are stairs leading to an upper level that is flat. Remove the old shed and you could put something else there. Looks like there is a gate for access to that area from the cul de sac. Buyer needs to check zoning but could be R-A which may allow ADU. Discrepancy because some records show this as a lot size of 20,473 and others show 27,878. Buyer to verify lot size. Accuracy of square footage,lot size and other info not guaranteed so buyer,their agent/broker to verify all info and to do their own due diligence.
