Our complex is gated and is made up of individually owned condos, and most owners live in their units, so our complex is quiet, clean, and peaceful! We have a shared pool that gets lovely shade, making it a great spot to spend the day in the Texas heat! The condo also comes with two covered parking spots. HOA pays for water. Renter is responsible for wifi, electric. Pets are negotiable. Renter's insurance is required. No smoking.
