They have automatic fish feeders and should not need anything. I'm also open to removing artwork and some smaller furniture and mattresses if you would like to bring your own. Although this is a four bedroom house, the two bedrooms upstairs and main living quarters (kitchen - laundry - living room - master bedroom/bathroom - bedroom and full bath) will be the space that is rented. My mature brother lives in the downstairs suite which is private from the main quarters. So also no access to garage. He is responsible for yard care/maintenance of home and any problems should they arise. Included in price is all utilities Internet, gas, electricity, cable and water is included in monthly payment. Pets must behave and be potty trained and not chew on anything. Do best at not letting them on leather couch. If you do so please lay blanket over. No smoking indoors. Minimum 3 months lease.
