Our property is very convenient to the Asheville Regional Airport (about 12 minutes) and 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. The apartment is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished and well equipped. There is approximately 750 square feet. A common deck overlooks the rear yard of the property. Additionally, a view of the water garden and falls can be enjoyed out the kitchen and bedroom windows. Parking is located near the apartment. There are several common areas which 2 apartments share (laundry room on ground level and picnic and deck areas). The main house at the front of the property is occupied. The 2 apartments are located at the back of the property, both with separate entries and separate parking areas (approximately 20 steps up to the apartments).
