On the second floor is a balcony with two comfy chairs to enjoy the view of Nahant Bay and Boston in the distance. The living floor has a cozy living area with a positionable TV on the wall and an airtight stove. It's an open concept, able to flow easily into the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen has whatever you'd need to put on full meals. All appliances provided. The office is large enough for two people to set up and do work with a view of the water. The basement has a HOME THEATER. Basment also has a full bathroom, laundry room and work out room with a treadmill. This home is available for monthly rental from NOVEMBER THROUGH MARCH. $5500 each month plus utilities. *No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property. *Cleaning is required every two weeks; $200 excluding linen change.
