The home is well-appointed, full amenities and furnishings for your stay including a master outdoor Viking grill, a surround sound video projector in the basement and a kitchen packed with top-notch equipment. The master bedroom is on the top floor with a huge walk-in closet and a beautiful bathroom - with a towel warmer, as well as a separate bathtub and shower. On the second floor are three bedrooms. Two of them have queen beds and the third has a twin. On the second floor is a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy the view of Nahant Bay and Boston in the distance. The living floor has a cozy living area with a positionable TV on the wall and an airtight stove. It's an open concept, able to flow easily into the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen has whatever you'd need to put on full meals. All appliances provided. The office is large enough for two people to set up and do work with a view of the water. The basement has a HOME THEATER. Basment also has a full bathroom, laundry room and work out room with a treadmill. This home is available for monthly rental from NOVEMBER THROUGH APRIL. $6500 each month plus utilities. *No smoking or vaping in the house or on the property. *Cleaning is required every two weeks; $200 excluding linen change.
