Any mature, in-ground plants that die and require replacing at the end of the lease term will be replaced using the security deposit. Renters are encouraged to plant additional plants in the butterfly garden, and use the raised beds in the front as desired. The hallway bathroom in the home has designer wallpaper that is sensitive to exposure to products and water. Any damage by the tenant to the wallpaper at the end of the lease term will be repaired using the security deposit. Please be sure to use cleaning products that do not have harsh chemicals or bleach to ensure there's no damage to the wallpaper. Tenant is required to have the home professionally cleaned upon move-out. If the home has not been cleaned professionally, an additional cleaning fee of $350 will be assessed. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities, including electricity, natural gas, and water and internet. Home is wired for AT&T or Google Fiber internet. Owner covers trash.
