I have a RENOVATED 1 bedroom condo in Oak Lawn/Uptown nearby UT Southwestern Medical Center available for rent beginning July 2025. I recently updated the entire condo (all new appliances, renovated kitchen (granite), bathroom (large shower), new flooring) . Dryer is in-unit, and washer is in building and is less than a 2 min walk to access. Apartment is not furnished, but I am happy to provide a bed FRAME and a dining table if tenant would like. Utilities (water, heat/cooling, electricity) run around on average $50-$80 per month, but this depends on your usage. Your total monthly bill for rent + utilities should be under $1500 each month. Gated garage/covered parking, and tons of parking for guests. Deposit is fully refundable assuming property is left in good condition. Available Move-in date: July 1st, 2025 Lease term: 12 months Deposit: $500 (Due at signing). Deposit will be returned after the lease is complete if apartment is in good shape and left clean with minimal to no damages. Owner will be transparent about why if any charges incurred if deposit is not returned in full. Monthly rent: rent is due on the 1st of every month. Utilities not included in base rent: Electricity, water, wifi, pest control. Electricity and water are paid on a monthly basis, and the provider is already selected by apartment complex (averages around ~$80 per month, but this heavily depends on usage). WIFI and Pest control will need to be set up by resident if resident desires. No smoking. Pets allowed Lease: If resident agrees with the above, then a formal lease documenting these, and other formalities, will be signed by both parties.
