    After almost 2 yrs, I'm selling my tiny house and it's as cute as a button. All serious offers considered. This is a great opportunity for someone that has a college student and needs affordable housing. After they graduate, sell it to another college student or move it to your own property to use for a guest house or vacation rental. Size is 8'x18' not including the 3 foot back porch, 144 sq ft not including the loft. It's absolutely perfect for 1 or 2 people. It has a bathroom with shower, 3 burner propane stove with oven, new electric 9 cubic ft. refrigerator, new tank-less water heater. There is a mini splitter with a remote control used for heating and cooling. The counter tops have been stained, cabinets painted, there's nice sized closet, and cozy little living room The bedroom is in the loft which has windows down both sides and a nice sized skylight. The closet has washer/dryer connections ready for a combo if you want. I'm including the Tuff shed I purchased from Home Depot, a $600 value, for extra storage. My house is located in one of the most beautiful parks in Durango. Island Cove is located right on the Animas River. There is a section in the park devoted strictly to tiny houses. The new owner would need to be approved by management. I already know management will accept a college student as long as their parents qualify. The park is located about a half mile from downtown. You won't be able to find a better location for being able to walk or ride your bike into town. You'll find this is an exceptionally inexpensive way to live. You have everything you need in this little house at a fraction of the cost of rentals in town. Lot rent is 500 a month which includes snow removal and trash. Owner pays the utilities. a 1 yr. lease is required. It's important to note that this house, even though it's on wheels, is not one that can be transported like a regular camper. It would either need to be left in the park or transported to your own property nearby. An appointment is required to see the inside. I'm not interested in renting it out, the park doesn't allow that and I don't need any help selling it.
