Basement "apartment". 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, full kitchen that will be for yourself. Partially furnished. Shared entrance, but stairs by door lead directly to basement. Available in June Laundry is outside master bedroom, so there will be a schedule imposed. Utilities maintenance and storage room are in the basement and may require access if repairs need to be made. Family lives on main floor. Keep to ourselves. Dogs and cats live in the house. Pets are welcome with a deposit and monthly fee. No smoking or vaping allowed indoors, must be at least 6 feet from all windows/doors. Liquor, medication, substances must be kept out of reach of pets/children. Marijuana is ok, but illegal substances are not allowed on the property. Minimum 6 month term, must provide 60 days notice to vacate. Responsible to make payments for signed term or arrange to have someone takeover the lease with landlord approval. Verbal, psychological, or physical abuse or intimidation toward landlord, family, pets, or property will result in immediate eviction. Please notify landlord of any guests at least 1 hour in advance of arrival. I will retain the right to ban any guests who cause problems or undue ruckus. Parties need to be approved by landlord with at least 3 days notice. Quiet hours start at 9:00pm until 7:00am.
