This is a great "starter home" it is very close to the water less than a 1min walk. As well as less than a mile away from hurlburt field. The back deck is the only draw back as the wood flooring needs replacing, and the yard is currently not fenced in. Other than that this is a great home and has a new roof and solar installation. The property will be move in ready by august 1st. My only terms are pay is due the first of month, exceptions can be granted depending on situation. Water and Utilities are paid for at the tenant's expense, water typically falls at $70-$80, electric is a flat rate of 200. Dogs and Cats are permitted as well as other pets with my consent. I will be moving to New York so a property manager will be there to answer any questions or concerns.
