    What the owner loves about this home
    We initially bought this property as an investment property to flip it. But the more that I worked on it and updated the interior doors and chair rail and picture frame and dining room the more we fell in love with it and decided to call it home for 14 years. It's the last house on the Dead end road and we had three school-age kids at the time and now our youngest has graduated from high school and it's just too much house for me and my wife. It's perfect for raising a family it's quiet it's fenced in chain link fence also I initially was going to build on the other 1.75 acres myself but due to health reasons I'm not able to so we're deciding to sell it this way to pass on a good opportunity to someone as it was a good opportunity to us when we purchase it and I did all the work because I have been blessed to be a jack of all trades and I did 90% of the work myself. It is a solid structure just needs some updating I started a second remodel for a country style look and things happened so now so now it's an opportunity for someone else.
