What the owner loves about this home
One of them be remaining country homes down a dirt road with plenty of privacy and trees/greenery for privacy. Peaceful and relaxing yet also close enough to the city and interstate that you won’t feel like you’re missing out on anything. Clemson University historical department rented this property and the 90s as a way to access to Hanover house in the wetlands located behind the property. Very historical, as the Cooper, Ashley, and Santee Rivers all flow back there as well as the man-made lake Moultrie. Property has only had 5 to 6 owners, all of which have had it for great stretches of time. I myself have owned the house/lived in this house since I was 11 years old. I’m currently 33. Wouldn’t recommend it if it weren’t honestly, an amazing home for the right family.
