I have a 2 bedroom lower unit in the village available Sept. 1st. The bedrooms are on the smaller size. The living space however is large. The carpet throughout the apartment will be replaced in August after the current tenant is out. The toilet will be replaced. The entire apartment will have been professionally cleaned as well. The apartment features off street parking either in the garage or behind the house. There is a covered porch in front of the apartment. Landlord is responsible for snow removal and landscaping. The upstairs tenant is one quiet person who has been living there for a year. There is a washer and dryer (non coin operated) in the basement for both tenants to use. The furnaces were just replaced which will hopefully reflect in upcoming heating bills. The pictures featured were provided to me by the current tenant, but they only give perspective renters an idea of what the apartment looks like. After she is out the apartment will receive a large facelift.
