Owner covers regular lawn mowing, snow plowing, and any maintenance needs that come up like plumbing and tree removal. Renter is responsible for electricity, internet, and heating fuel. We ask that professional cleaners visit at least once a month. We have a trusted crew available for $150/visit and they typically take about two hours for the whole house.
