This single family home has two private living spaces, with a large SHARED KITCHEN between the two units. The available unit has a private entrance, private front porch, living room, dining room, bedroom and attached bathroom. This unit has private access to the basement for storage as well as laundry facilities (washer/dryer hookup), shared driveway, garage and front/back yard and small back deck. Prior to move in, the entire unit will be freshly painted and have small upgrades throughout. The available unit has hardood floors through the bedroom, living room, and dining room with vinyl plank in the bathroom.
All utilities are split equally between the two units. We are looking for a 10 month lease, although will happily extend beyond ten months. This is a strictly non-smoking unit, and pets would be considered on a case by case basis with additional pet rent. While it is two separate units, the kitchen is shared, so this is a unique situation. Lawn maintenance is a shared responsibility between the two units. Driveway and garage are shared space as well.
