There are two lakeside summer cabins on this property which has 2,000 feet of shoreline on Conway lake. One cabin has 3 bedrooms and dates from the 1920s. The other was purchased from a roadside motel and moved to the property in the 1970's from to provide an additional bedroom and bath. The main cabin is not winterized so the property is only suitable for use from May thru October. A new septic system was installed in 1995 but the water is drawn from the lake so the only potable water on the property comes from a filtration system at the kitchen sink.
