The large back deck comes with a propane grill and outdoor seating. There is a fire pit on a safe packed sand pad in the lawn, which itself has plenty of space for playing catch, tag, or otherwise good running space for your dogs. The house has its own well and a new septic system. There is a flat monthly Propane fee, NYSEG electric is the tenant's responsibility, Spectrum high speed Wifi and rural trash pickup are both included.
