    4 bedroom 2 bath, 1,904 sq ft double wide mobile home is on over 15 acres in the Mesa View Subdivision. Other water rights include "surface drainage reservoir" Water Case #w-81CW39 to be used when available for agriculture and livestock. Note the reservoir dam has been breached and is in need of repair. The area served by Century Link plus Hughes Net is available. The subdivision is non active, however there is a road maintenance agreement and the neighbors work together to keep the roads maintained. The septic is an evaporator transfer oversized system built for 6 bedrooms.
