To move in you need first, last and security $3300, application fee is $75.00 per adult. Pet fee, per pet, is $350.00 which is a one time fee. Utilities are not included but we do pay for garbage and sewer. Water is a flat fee based on occupancy either $50 for up to 2 persons. $75 for up to 4 persons and if more than 4 it is $100.00. Electric and cable are not included and must be arranged separately.
