It is the tenant's responsibility to maintain the property in a neat manner analogous to the way it was maintained when the tenants moved in.
No outside storage of anything that appears junky is allowed and . No loud cars on property.( cars with modified or no mufflers.)
The finished basement may be used for your storage if needed.
Owner will have access to the outside buildings on or near the property for example the sheds, the screened porch, the greenhouse, the garage, the garden beds and the yard.
Bears, Coyote, foxes ,raccoons, possums, birds and other wildlife are in the vicinity and may visit the yard since the house borders on a wooded conservation area. It is best to be a wildlife lover to live here. LOL Since you never know what animal will visit.
Lease duration is from 4 to 6 months with some flexibility.
A thorough credit and thorough reference check will be done on all applicants.
