    This home has had many updates since its purchase in 2006. New kitchen and bathroom and breezeway have all had extensive remodeling and new ceiling fans and doors installed throughout. Electrical is up to date (220 installed in garage in 2013) and new paint in every room. Both the front and back doors were replaced in 2013. Garage is in great shape and workable, with an extra attic and additional crawl space to utilize. There is a portable studio outback for more storage. The front yard was fenced in in 2011. It's a super cute beach cottage with a great family atmosphere. The floors are all hardwood and tile, making for cool steps and easy clean up. Outdoor areas in both the front and backyards give this home additional outdoor living spaces that are useable all year round. Both the front and back yard are big enough to handle pets (we currently have a cat, large dog, and 2 chickens that all manage just fine) and the fencing is durable and protective. It's a great home, just five minutes from the beach and everything that makes Fort Walton a fun place to live.
