I am looking for someone to sublet my apartment in downtown Rochester. I have a beautiful one bedroom apt with an amazing view and newly remodled. Stainless steel appliances and plenty of closet space! There is laundry on site (free) and a 24 hour gym right in the building. My lease is until Feb 2019 but I need to head south asap to tend to my ill grandmother. I would be willing to forfeit my security deposit so whoever takes it over wouldn't have to worry about that. And if you choose to leave you can do so in Feb 2019 or you have a 3 month period of remaining month-to-month. Serious inquiries only.
