The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second 2 twins. The sofa in the living room converts to a comfortable (really!) queen sized bed. Pet Policy: We are a dog-friendly home! No other animals are allowed. NOTE: please follow the instructions in the reservation confirmation to register your dog. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, there will be additional fees. Up to 2 dogs allowed. Rental Term Shorter-term options (1 month min). Occupancy Maximum occupancy: 4 persons. Subletting No subletting or Airbnb/short-term rentals are permitted. Leaseholder must occupy the unit as their primary residence. Utilities: All Included Smoking Policy No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside or within building common areas. Renter's Insurance Tenant must provide proof of renter's insurance within 14 days of lease signing.
