We rent the house and live in the separate apartment attached to the garage on the back of the property.We are willing to maintain the yard, trees, garden, chickens etc. We are baby boomers who have downsized our lifestyle but still enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle we have enjoyed for 30 years.
