Lease is for a one year term unless otherwise noted. Owner pays for water. Renter pays for electric and garbage and WiFi or other streaming services. Renter is responsible for mowing and maintenance of backyard inside fence area. Owner maintains the front mowing and landscaping. PET WASTE POLICY The tenant shall immediately pick up and dispose of all pet feces left by their pet anywhere on the property grounds, including common areas, walkways, parking lots, and any private yard or patio areas. Trash is to be wheeled to main entrance at Eden Rd.
