House has Ring cameras in the front and back for security which all housemates can access. North Bethesda Metro is close enough for walking or biking, or a nearby Metro bus stop on Randolph Road. The house is close to Rock Creek park and the backyard opens up to a communal garden and baseball fields. House is perfect for the drive to NIH or any greater Rockville location.
