The neighbors here are wonderful. Very quiet, friendly. Everyone here always looks out for one another. It's the area in Fort Wayne where you are close enough to everything you need, yet just out of the loop to relax and hide away from it all. Not to mention Arlington and Jefferson are excellent schools. So if you have children, or plan to... the schools are great!
