The dining room has a historic mantle and fireplace with antique cast-iron fireback that dates to the late 1700s. Up the wide, central wooden staircase are two front bedrooms and a central hall connecting to the additional two bedrooms, upstairs bath (with new stacked washer & dryer) and south-facing sunroom. In the yard, there is also an original stone summer kitchen, which can be used for bike/gardening/tool storage or a small studio. Surrounding the yard are maturing maple trees and the parking (2-3 cars) is right by the back porch of the house.
