The bathroom has a tiled shower, dual sinks, and good storage. My mom (72) lives in one of the other bedrooms, and my sister is in the third. My mom is very easygoing and mostly keeps to herself she spends a lot of time in her room watching TV. I'd just feel better having another mature woman in the home, both for company and just general peace of mind. If it turns into a friendly, comfortable living situation, even better. The place is about 1,300 sq ft and has been updated throughout. Hardwood floors in the main areas, carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen has stainless appliances and is fully set up with dishes, cookware, etc., so you wouldn't need to bring much. You'd have access to the living room, dining space, washer/dryer, and a covered patio that looks out over a small private lake. It's honestly a nice, quiet spot especially in the mornings. The community itself is pretty low-key and feels tucked away, with just one entrance. Location-wise, it's right near Hwy 92 and Hwy 9, a few minutes from downtown Roswell, and an easy drive to 400, Crabapple, or Marietta. This would probably work best for someone older, respectful, and comfortable sharing a home with two pretty quiet people. Rent is $800/month with a $1,000 security deposit. That includes all utilities electric, gas, water, and internet so you won't have to juggle multiple bills. The room can be furnished if needed. I have an extra queen or full bed and a chest of drawers available. Small pets are okay, but there's a $500 non-refundable fee per pet. That helps cover things like annual carpet cleaning or replacement if needed. There will also be a background and credit check (minimum 600 score).
