My wife and I have loved this and made it our home but we are relocating and moving to another city. Our lease goes through next January and this apartment will be coming available this June 8th. As you can see in the pictures all of our belongings are still in the apartment, but it gives you a feel for what it looks like. There is a $200 security deposit that you will get back after you move out as long as nothing is seriously damaged. Also a $50 application fee, which we will pay back to you if you move in and $100 Administrative fee, which we may pay after move in as well. We can come to agreement on any of this. Tenant is responsible for water and electricity
