The house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath garden patio home in Reston Place, a desirable neighborhood north of the river that's close to everything. Rent is $1700 a month. The house has updated appliances in the kitchen, beautiful book shelves with an open dining and living area, and a beautiful outdoor patio area. All potential renters 18 and older must complete an online application through Prtichett-Moore with a fee of $35 per person. All potential renters must have a cleared background check, a credit score of 640 or higher, and make an income of at least 3 times monthly rent. A security deposit ($1700) and first month's rent ($1700) are due upon signing of lease. NO PETS Renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, and water).
