I'm looking for a roomate to renew my lease June 1st. I have lived here 1.5 years and really love it. The neighborhood is great if you're looking for a more relaxed environment. It's just a few blocks to Grover Cleveland Park and a 10 minute walk to M train. The room you would be taking has an attached balcony that we would both share. We also have access to the roof which is great for use in the warmer months. The shared spaces are furnished so you would just need to bring for your room. The building is new, my roomate and I were the first ones to live in it. I really love the space and take great care of it so having a roomate that also likes to keep the space clean is a must. Laundry is available in the basement.
