About a half a mile from the Hudson rail trails and 1.5 miles from downtown Hudson - great bike paths, awesome restaurants and nightlife! Apartment is in the town of Stow with fantastic school districts. This is a 2nd floor 2 bedroom apartment - the ceilings are low (6 ft), and the second bedroom is a little small but the location makes it great spot to use as a springboard for enjoying the outdoors or the quaint local towns of Stow & Hudson. There is also exclusive access to a giant attic space for storage, greenhouse (4/20 friendly), etc. Laundry hookups in the basement. Imperfect landlord seeks perfect tenants :) Looking for tenants that are conscientious nice people - no jerks need apply. Owning and fixing up real estate is my hobby so there is no full time maintenance or support - need tenants who are also capable of helping care for the property and creating a great home for themselves in the process.
