The home features a large, open living area with hearth, fully equipped kitchen, wide hallways, and walk-in pantry. Floors are solid wood and tile throughout. French doors open off dining room onto covered patio overlooking the fully fenced back yard. Dedicated laundry facilities are included in the unit.
The kitchen has quartz countertops, cherry cabinets, and lots of drawer space. The kitchen amenities include electric cooktop with hood, dishwasher, true convection oven, large refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, under-counter microwave, lots of counter space, peninsula seating, and a nearby cozy dining room with large pantry. Use of shared freezer and extra fridge is available in garage.
Master bedroom (118 sq. ft.) has private full bath and large closet, large east facing window and small south one; Bedroom 2 (106 sq. ft.) has closet, large west facing and small south facing windows; third bedroom (87 sq. ft.) has a west facing window and houses the HRV closet.
This home is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood with lots of trees, close to Fairhaven, parks, trails, and the Fairhaven transportation hub (Greyhound and FlixBus, and Amtrak train, Airporter Shuttle, and Alaska ferry). There's currently no close city bus service.
The flat has its own door off a shared front entry. Upstairs will also be under long term lease or short-term rental. The ceiling and stairway between floors is sound-dampened.
Other perks include large, covered front and back porches/patios, 6-person jetted spa under the open sky, large back yard garden with benches, trees, fruit trees, berry bushes and a fire pit, sheltered storage for bikes, etc. Since care of the landscape, greenhouse and garden beds is the lower flat tenants' responsibility (unless the upstairs folks split it with you), someone with gardening experience is preferred (and would enjoy this place a lot!) A rent reduction may be possible depending on the level of care.
More pictures are coming soon, and any unfinished trims will be completed by September.
Please note that there is currently one bedroom available for rent at $900/month until August 31st, with an adjacent bathroom shared with one other renter and the common areas shared with two others. This summer room rental is subject to a meeting with the other summer housemates of the flat.
Tenants split water/sewer, waste pickup n, electricity with 2nd floor renters.

This deposit will be after deductions for cleaning and repairs necessary to restore the premises to its original condition (less allowance for reasonable wear and tear), along with deductions for and cover any unpaid rents or late fees.
Rent is due on the first day of each month; late fees charged after 5 days, NSF fees if needed.
