Renter pays all utilities for the house. Rent is due on or before 1st of every month. Late fee will be charged if rent is not deposited on or before 5th of every month. 5% of rent or $125(Which ever is higher) will be charged as late fee for per day rent is not deposited. Renter will provide renter Insurance for the term of lease.
