We have a fully furnished non smoking family home in Sandwich available as a long term seasonal rental (Sept 1 - June 30). The house is surrounded by fields and forest and is in a great location off the beaten path but convenient to Rt 25. We've been renting our farmhouse for 15+ years during the school year - we use the house ourselves in the summers - and we've had many multi-year renters. It's a wonderful family home in a great location and we have done many nice renovations to create a modern yet timeless space. Our renters have been very happy there over the years! It is 5 bed/3 bath with electric heat + heat pumps for AC&heat in a few rooms (we have solar which will help reduce energy costs), plus a woodstove. Renter covers utilities except we provide fast fiber internet & mowing. We are pet friendly depending on the pet! The fields and forest surrounding the house provide much privacy and beauty. Our house is fully furnished and non smoking. It is available as a long term seasonal rental (Sept 1 - June 30). We've are looking for a responsible, friendly renter who communicates well, takes good care of the house/property and can afford rent + utilities with their income (Zillow application/credit check will help verify). It is a single family 5 bed/3 bath family home on two floors with electric heat + heat pumps for AC&heat in a few rooms (we have solar which will help reduce energy costs), plus a woodstove. Renter pays all utilities except fiber internet & mowing. You will be responsible for obtaining a dump sticker and take all your own trash & recycling to the transfer station (there are also designated hazardous waste days that are included in your sticker fee). We are generally pet friendly for small dogs and cats with pre approval necessary! No extra storage is available. Anything left at the house/property that we have to dispose of which requires our time and/or dump fees, will be deducted from security deposit.
