The open kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, etc., a new electric range with convection oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, disposal, and a full-size stackable washer and dryer. The dining area comfortably seats four. The kitchen is stocked with everything one would need for a short or longterm stay - down to the garlic press! The apartment is located on the second floor with a skylight providing an abundance of natural light. Off-street parking in a private lot for 1 car is also provided. Should you need extra parking for another car - there is street parking available along the side of the building. In the living room, a comfortable sectional sofa grants the perfect space for guests to lounge and unwind. A large flatscreen television offers entertainment options including cable tv. The residence is also equipped with a desk and wifi enabled for our business travelers; we also offer access to a nearby business center for our guests. 400-thread-count linens and thick Egyptian cotton towels offer all of the comforts of home, and the bedroom has a generous closet and a television. The master bedroom has a big comfy king sized bed. We also have heated marble bathroom floors. The apartment is located in Myers Park, one of the nicest, most pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods in the city where generations of prominent Charlotteans have made their home.
