The home is about 1,000 square feet. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas with plenty of natural light throughout. We also have a private balcony off the master bedroom and a shared, semi-fenced yard and patio. Parling in the garage, as well as the two spaces in the driveway, for a total of three parking spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, crock-pot, toaster, and more. There is also an outdoor grill. Inside is a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, and hair dryers in each bathroom. Enjoy Smart TV and WI-FI included with rent. There is one TV in the living room and one in the master bedroom. Both TVs have Sling, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The master bedroom upstairs has a king-sized bed, walk in closet, and private balcony. The master bathroom has just been renovated and features a shower and separate free-standing tub. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with two closets. One of the closets in the guest bedroom has toddler and baby toys, a changing pad, blankets, bibs, burp cloths, and toys. There is a portable crib, high chair, and gate for the stairs in the hall closet, as well. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Sheets, bath towels, hair dryers, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a beach cart are all provided for you. No pets or animals of any kind. This is a short term rental.
