Beautiful garden, fully fenced (front and back), with multiple patios and terraces for outdoor dining and entertaining. Enjoy fruit trees, raised garden beds, BBQ, fire pit, and rinsing off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower. Bright and airy two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with mid-century modern furniture. Large bedrooms, each with sliding doors leading out to the backyard. The primary bedroom includes a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a twin trundle bed. The living room includes vaulted ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Attached is the garage with a washer and dryer and two dedicated EV charging outlets. Off-street parking is available in the driveway. Please note that some of our personal belongings and our car are stored in the garage. Utilities / Services: - Renter pays all utilities (only 50% of water bill) - Owner pays for gardening and 50% of the water bill (to account for landscape watering) Rental Terms: - 1-month lease (home is available for 2 months: 6/10/2025 to 8/10/2025) - No smoking of any kind - Dogs are considered with an additional deposit - Co-signers are not accepted on this listing Tenants will be required to purchase renter's insurance (approximately $15 - 30/month) naming Landlord (owner) as additional insured with minimum liability coverage of $100,000.
