This is a beautiful home for a family! I don’t want to sell to investors. In the four years, I’ve owned it 4/5 years, it was completely remodeled from ground up when I bought it. I added a building out back with electricity enclose the front porch added Gutters. Finding a three bedroom two bath in this area is why I bought this beautiful home. Due to relocating for work. I have to sell. After four years of living in it, I’m sure it could use some cosmetic paint. Other than that, this house is ready to move in. I’m not dealing with realtors or anything else to keep the cost down for both of us.
