*** This has been our country home for the last 19 years and we loved living on a little over 2 acres. A lot of work has been done to our home while we have lived there. The first thing we did was put in GFA furance plus CA. In 1997 a new roof with sheeting was added. Improvments in 1999 include all new wiring with electric box and 200 AMP service, all new windows, insulation in attic, walls, and window casings, full bath upstairs, and vinyl siding. in 2002 the barn roof was replaced with a metal one. Well pump,tank, and compressor were all replaced in 2013. Bathroom on main level was remodeled this fall. The wrap around porch is a perfect place to relax on a nice fall evening.
