This is really as good as it gets! We are hoping to find renters that will love it as much as we do! Main ground level has master bedroom with en suite bathroom, two other bedrooms, second full bathroom, office, large laundry room, and large open concept kitchen/dining/living area that opens onto a huge deck with hot-tub and grilling station. Huge windows in the living/kitchen area and master bedroom look out at the ocean. You'll never tire of the spectacular sun rises. The downstairs level has two more bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, and a large playroom/media room with pool table. There's a huge front yard and back yard with fruit trees. A driveway with parking space for 4 cars and a detached 2-car garage. 100 feet of private beach with a private dock. Available for move in September 1, 2025. Owner pays water/sewage. Tenant must pay for WiFi (it's wired for 1 gig speed), gas (oven/range), electricity (ac, hot tub, lights, heat, water heater), and garbage. $150/month landscaping fee. Because the house is on a septic, there can be a maximum of 4 (possibly 5) permanent tenants (family with 2-3 kids?).
